Cancellations

Upon enrolment and signing of this contract, if you wish to discontinue lessons, students will need to provide at least 30 days’ notice or its financial equivalent.

Make-up Lessons

Dynamic Music Academy requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If insufficient notice is given, the lesson will be charged. No refunds will be given.
Makeup lessons are issued if 24 hours’ notice is given. These lessons will be made up during the term when your teacher is available to do so. These outstanding lessons will be completed in the same school term. If an alternate time is not arranged by the student before the end of the term, any outstanding lessons will not be credited.
